Job Description

Fronius is a leading company in the field of battery charging solutions and material handling equipment. We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Global Sales Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in assigned territories
  • Negotiate prices and close sales with key customers
  • Conduct self-reliant sales activities in designated areas
  • Provide support to existing customers and dealers
  • Collaborate with partners on sales and marketing initiatives
  • Support product introductions and manage customer communication

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in battery charging solutions or material handling equipment
  • Demonstrated track record of sales growth
  • Ability to work directly with customers and dealers
  • Experience in distribution and direct customer sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent English language skills (candidates with additional languages preferred)
