Global Sales Development Manager

Fronius is a leading company in the field of battery charging solutions and material handling equipment. We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Global Sales Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in assigned territories
- Negotiate prices and close sales with key customers
- Conduct self-reliant sales activities in designated areas
- Provide support to existing customers and dealers
- Collaborate with partners on sales and marketing initiatives
- Support product introductions and manage customer communication
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in battery charging solutions or material handling equipment
- Demonstrated track record of sales growth
- Ability to work directly with customers and dealers
- Experience in distribution and direct customer sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English language skills (candidates with additional languages preferred)
