Job Title: Global Sales Strategist

Y-Axis Solutions Private Limited is the world's largest immigration and visa company. With numerous company-owned offices across India, Australia, the UAE, UK, and Canada, we serve over 1 million customers.

We manage a high volume of inquiries daily from individuals seeking overseas education, work, and immigration services. Our team specializes in providing comprehensive guidance and support to clients navigating international opportunities.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our mission of creating Global Indians. As the primary point of contact for prospective clients, you will be responsible for conducting consultations via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Your primary objective will be to understand client needs, promote our service offerings persuasively, and address inquiries effectively.

This role involves:

  • Leading a team of inside sales consultants to counsel and sell our products and services.
  • Identifying sales opportunities, developing / implementing sales strategies pan India, and plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Managing the advertising budget and campaigns for the department, creating innovative ads, promotions, and marketing material.
  • Monitoring the results and success of various sales campaigns and programs; evaluating results based on prospect generation, conversions, and targets achieved.
  • Developing new products; planning, creating, advocating, training, marketing, and driving strategy for their success.
  • Conducting regular market intelligence and competition analysis; tracking market trends, identifying threats and opportunities, and recommending strategies to address them.
  • Maintaining the website with current information, products, services, and features web campaigns.
  • Reviewing Google analytics to monitor and measure the performance of the website.
Requirements:
  • 5 to 8 years of proven experience in a sales management role leading a team and developing new and existing products and business.
  • Experience in the immigration and visas industry is desirable.
  • You must be target-driven and able to thrive in a time-pressured environment.
  • Strong leadership skills that motivate the sales team to perform beyond expectations.
  • Excellent analytical skills to understand, analyze a market, and identify areas for potential new business.
  • Outstanding organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to successfully work with teams across the company.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to execute at the tactical level.

Salary Estimate: ₹1500000 - ₹2000000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
