  • Creator mindset: You don't just solve problems, you create new possibilities. You're as comfortable sketching on a whiteboard as you are structuring deals or designing systems.
  • Go-getter drive: Whether it's opening doors with investors, engaging with ministries, or getting into the weeds of product, you chase outcomes, not just effort.
  • Financial commitment: Beyond time and expertise, you bring in skin in the game — contribute ₹50 lakhs in capital for 3.5% equity, or bring in your own team/resources of equivalent value to accelerate execution
