Job Overview:

As a senior capture manager, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of bids, proposals, pricing operations, and sales reporting processes to support business growth.

  • Prepare compliant submissions, manage client pricing strategies, and deliver actionable insights through reports and business reviews.

  • Proven ability to manage bids, proposals, and procurement documentation.
  • Experience preparing client-facing reports, pricing models, and presentations.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Prior experience working with state or federal procurement processes.
  • Knowledge of sales reporting automation and vendor communication systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable business insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions.
