About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for handling key client accounts and building strong relationships with them.

This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, goal-oriented behavior, and a deep understanding of the company's key clients and their position in the industry.

The ideal candidate will have experience in handling key accounts, possess strong negotiation skills, and be able to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Aquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Serving as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Being the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipating the client's needs, and working within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met
  • Bringing in new business from existing clients or contacts and developing new relationships with potential clients
  • Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
  • Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
