Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People & Culture Manager to join our AMEA Division team in Gurugram, India. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for driving the People Strategy and aligning it with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • People Strategy & Business Strategy: Localize and execute the People Strategy for AMEA, aligning it with detailed People & Culture plans.
  • Performance Management & Development: Assist in performance reviews, chair calibration sessions, and oversee mandatory training.
  • Recruitment & Talent Management: Draft and maintain Job Descriptions, manage talent acquisition, and lead employee separations.
  • Employee Relations & Well-being: Foster employee relations through open communication, resolve grievances, and promote employee well-being.
  • Employee Engagement & CSR: Arrange quarterly workshops, lead CSR initiatives, and collaborate across countries.
  • Compliance & Administration: Ensure compliance with labour laws, manage staff administration, and review attendance.
  • Policy & Procedure Development: Draft and update policies and procedures in compliance with the Securitas Code of Conduct and local legislation.
  • Systems & Tools Management: Administer HR tools, create and maintain personnel files, and ensure data security.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in HR, preferably as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in an international environment.
  • CIPD or SHRM certificate or learning in progress.
  • Strong knowledge of local labour regulations and international people management standards.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP or HR software and learning platforms.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Business proficiency in English (written and spoken) and local language.
  • Ability to work with Ms Excel & PowerPoint.
