Job Description of a HubSpot CRM Specialist :

- Participate in and over time, lead discovery calls. Understand the business of clients and ask relevant questions to uncover challenges and opportunities. Ensure thorough knowledge of their goals, strategies, and pain points.

- Do comprehensive business research to understand the problems at hand. Gather data on existing workflows, processes, and systems. Use this information to develop effective solutions.

- Develop tailored HubSpot solutions that meet each client's unique needs. Document these solutions for stakeholders to review. This ensures everyone is aligned with the approach and outcome.

- Collaborate with project teams to implement the solution efficiently. Contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones. Oversee the execution of tasks and ensure they align with established standards.

- Foster strong relationships with clients. Support them with their HubSpot-related challenges and provide guidance when needed. Proactively identify areas where improvement can be made and suggest solutions.Qualifications Required :

- Experience translating business processes into effective workflows using HubSpot. Possess fundamental knowledge of CRM systems and how they support organizational success.

- Demonstrate an understanding of APIs, integrations, and their impact on business operations. Both technical and non-technical aspects should be considered. Have a broad comprehension of marketing and sales principles, including tactics and strategies used in both realms. Additionally, have working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software like HubSpot.
