Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned RevOps implementation strategist to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in shaping our revenue engine by setting up full-funnel RevOps systems across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.

This is not just about simple installs or setups. You will tackle complex implementations, enable integrations, design lead scoring models, and fix revenue leakages to ensure clients get the ROI they expect.

  • Lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
  • Configure lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and advanced lead routing.
  • Map revenue processes and build scalable workflows and automations.
  • Implement integrations with other platforms (CRM, billing, product, CS, warehouses).
  • Audit funnels and pipelines to identify and close revenue leakages.
  • Build real-time dashboards for attribution, forecasting, and growth tracking.
  • Manage data governance (properties, objects, workflows) within HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with GTM teams to roll out a holistic RevOps framework for clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You will have 3–6 years of hands-on RevOps and HubSpot implementation experience, proven ability to manage complex, multi-hub HubSpot setups, skilled in lead scoring, funnel optimization, reporting, and attribution modeling.
