We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM Specialist with hands-on expertise in CRM software development, system commissioning, and business procedure integration. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, practical SAP knowledge, and familiarity with key CRM platforms and methodologies. This role bridges the gap between technical implementation and business needs, driving CRM initiatives that improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Commissioning:

    Lead or support the commissioning of new CRM systems and modules, including configuration, testing, deployment, and user training.
  • Process & Procedure Development:

    Develop, document, and implement CRM-related procedures to streamline customer engagement and improve data management workflows.
  • Business Analysis & Acumen:

    Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional CRM specifications. Analyze customer data and CRM system performance to drive business decisions.
  • CRM & SAP Integration:

    Support and enhance CRM-SAP integrations. Utilize basic SAP knowledge to ensure CRM data aligns with core ERP systems for a seamless business process.
  • User Support & Training:

    Provide ongoing technical support and training to users across departments. Troubleshoot system issues and recommend improvements.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    Stay updated with CRM best practices, tools, and trends to propose and implement continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in CRM development and system commissioning.
  • Solid understanding of CRM concepts, customer lifecycle management, and user engagement strategies.
  • Basic working knowledge of SAP systems, including integration points.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to document procedures and business processes clearly and effectively.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
