Role & responsibilities
CRM Strategy Development:
Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer retention, engagement, and loyalty.
- Utilize CRM software and tools to identify and segment customer groups for targeted campaigns.
 Analyze customer data to derive insights and make data-driven decisions that enhance customer experience.
Campaign Management:
Create and manage email, SMS, push notifications, and other automated campaigns tailored to customer needs.
- Develop personalized customer journeys to drive engagement, conversion, and retention.
 Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize effectiveness.
Customer Segmentation & Targeting:
Conduct deep analysis of customer data to identify patterns and segments that require tailored marketing approaches.
Build customer personas and implement effective targeting strategies across various channels.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Engagement:
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure consistent customer communication.
Collaborate with product teams to align CRM initiatives with new product launches or updates.
CRM Tool Management:
Oversee the use and optimization of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ensure proper integration of CRM systems with other tools like email marketing platforms and data analytics software.
 Manage CRM data integrity and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor key CRM performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer retention rate, lifetime value, churn rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Create and present detailed reports on campaign performance and customer insights to senior management.
 Continuously optimize CRM practices based on performance data.
Customer Feedback & Insights:
Gather customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct interaction to enhance CRM strategies.
