Customer Experience & Feedback

  • Track client satisfaction levels and proactively resolve issues.
  • Conduct post-project feedback and surveys to measure satisfaction and identify improvement areas.
  • Implement strategies to improve client experience and retention.

CRM Tools & Reporting

  • Manage and update client data in CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or industry-specific tools).
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports on client status, queries, and project feedback.
  • Track KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and client satisfaction.

Business Support

  • Support the sales & BD team with client follow-ups and lead nurturing.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling interior solutions.
  • Assist in client presentations, proposals, and documentation.
