Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced sales and distribution leader to drive growth and increase market share in a designated region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, sales team management, and sales planning.

A graduate or higher education is required, with post-graduation preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive Distribution Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand our presence in the assigned region, leveraging existing relationships and forging new partnerships.
  2. Oversee Deployment: Ensure effective deployment of QR and Sound Box solutions, maintaining product visibility and accountability throughout the process.
  3. Recruit and Align Sales Teams: Attract, retain, and motivate top sales talent to drive business growth in the market, fostering a collaborative environment that supports individual and collective success.
  4. Market Planning: Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop targeted plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
Requirements:
