About the Role

A fast-growing brand in the construction solutions space is seeking strategic leaders to drive regional business outcomes across sales, marketing, and product positioning. This is a pivotal role ideal for premium B-school graduates with experience in building distribution networks and crafting market strategies in the B2B2C space.

Your Profile

  • MBA/PGDM from IIMs, ISB, or other top institutions
  • 3–6 years of post-MBA experience in channel sales, trade marketing, or product strategy
  • Hands-on experience in market development in building materials, paints, adhesives, or related sectors
  • Proven ability to shape product perception and tailor go-to-market plans by geography
  • Strong leadership potential and business acumen

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the sales and marketing strategy for your assigned region (AP, Telangana, or Kerala)
  • Develop product positioning frameworks relevant to local market conditions
  • Scale up distribution through strategic dealer/channel partnerships
  • Analyse market dynamics and customer behavior to inform growth tactics
  • Partner with central teams on pricing, promotions, and brand visibility initiatives
  • Lead a small but agile team to drive on-ground execution
