This role combines sales leadership with market-focused brand building and product positioning, making it ideal for experienced sales leaders ready to step into a broader business role.

Who We're Looking For

  • years of experience in channel-driven sales in sectors such as building materials, paints, sanitaryware, adhesives, or allied trades
  • Current or past experience as a Cluster Manager, Area Sales Manager, or Territory Lead
  • Demonstrated ability to influence both sales performance and brand visibility in your territory
  • Exposure to trade engagement, influencer management, and market development
  • Ability to craft and execute region-specific positioning and sales strategies

What Youll Own

  • Full regional responsibility for both sales volumes and brand visibility
  • Design and implement product positioning strategies tailored to local market segments
  • Expand and strengthen the channel network: distributors, dealers, and applicators
  • Execute local marketing and trade activation programs in coordination with central teams
  • Provide critical market insights to support product refinement and customer engagement strategies
