Regional Sales Manager

Role Objective:
To drive business growth of Prime LAP (Loan Against Property Prime segment) in the assigned region by developing distribution channels, managing sales teams, building strong market presence, and ensuring profitability while maintaining asset quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of Prime LAP products through direct sales, DSAs, connectors, and branch channels.
- Achieve business targets on disbursements, yield, and portfolio quality for the assigned region.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the distribution footprint in potential markets.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Managers / Relationship Managers across multiple locations.
- Ensure regular training, performance monitoring, and capability building of the team.
- Set clear sales goals and track performance against defined KPIs.
Channel Management:
- Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
- Ensure partners are aligned with company policies, pricing, and credit guidelines.
- Drive partner productivity through structured engagement and incentive programs.
Preferred candidate profile
10 to 15 years of experience in retail asset sales, out of which 5+ years in LAP (preferably Prime LAP segment).
- Strong understanding of Prime LAP / Secured Loans / Mortgage products.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets in retail lending.
- Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills.
- Excellent relationship management and networking abilities.
