Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Western Region (Gujarat / Rajasthan / Madhya Pradesh)

Location: Baroda / Ahmedabad (Base Location)

Job Region: Western Region – Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh

Education: Diploma / Engineering Graduate

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business development activities across the Western Region.
  • Manage dealer/distributor networks and ensure sales targets are consistently achieved.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand market presence.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence for strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Provide training, motivation, and support to the sales team for optimum performance.
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales forecasts, pipeline, and MIS to management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Service, Technical, and Operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Regular travel across Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh for client meetings and market visits.

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Proven track record in industrial/engineering product sales.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage sales operations independently in a large territory.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Experience

  • Minimum years of relevant sales experience in industrial products/machinery/equipment (preferred).
  • Prior exposure to managing multi-state territories will be an added advantage.
