Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Western Region (Gujarat / Rajasthan / Madhya Pradesh)
Location: Baroda / Ahmedabad (Base Location)
Job Region: Western Region – Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh
Education: Diploma / Engineering Graduate
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development activities across the Western Region.
- Manage dealer/distributor networks and ensure sales targets are consistently achieved.
- Identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand market presence.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence for strategic decision-making.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Provide training, motivation, and support to the sales team for optimum performance.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales forecasts, pipeline, and MIS to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Service, Technical, and Operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Regular travel across Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh for client meetings and market visits.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Proven track record in industrial/engineering product sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and manage sales operations independently in a large territory.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
Experience
- Minimum years of relevant sales experience in industrial products/machinery/equipment (preferred).
- Prior exposure to managing multi-state territories will be an added advantage.
