Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, based in Vadodara. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets within the assigned region. The role involves managing a sales team, analyzing market trends, and implementing plans to achieve consistent growth. The Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for conducting regular performance reviews and providing training and support to the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the Tour & Travel or Organic Products industry is a plus
