Job Location : Vadodara
Key Responsibilities:
- Regional Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement regional marketing strategies and plans that align with the overall business objectives. Focus on driving demand, increasing market share, and enhancing the brand's visibility in the CRGO steel market.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand regional customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends. Provide actionable insights to senior management to guide strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including manufacturers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the CRGO industry. Engage with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Brand Awareness & Positioning: Oversee the execution of brand positioning strategies to strengthen the company's presence in the regional market. Ensure that the brand message is consistent and aligns with customer needs and expectations.
- Campaign Management: Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, print, events, and trade shows, tailored to the regional market. Measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies as needed.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the regional sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives. Provide sales support materials, such as presentations, brochures, and product information, to assist in closing deals.
- Product Launches & Promotions: Manage regional product launches and promotional activities. Collaborate with the product development and sales teams to tailor messaging and promotional offers for regional customers.
- Content Creation & Marketing Collateral: Oversee the creation of regional marketing content, including website content, brochures, case studies, white papers, and social media posts. Ensure content resonates with the target audience and highlights the benefits of CRGO products.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget for the region. Track expenses and ensure campaigns are executed within budget while delivering a high ROI.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for regional marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide regular reports to senior management on campaign performance, customer insights, and market conditions.
- Trade Shows & Events: Organize and manage participation in industry-specific trade shows, conferences, and networking events. Represent the company at events and maintain relationships with industry influencers and media.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or additional certifications in marketing or business is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 8 years in a regional or industrial marketing role.
- Experience in the steel manufacturing or CRGO industry, or a related B2B industrial sector, is highly preferred.
- Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of regional marketing strategies, market segmentation, and demand generation. Experience with digital marketing, social media, and content creation for industrial markets is beneficial.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct market analysis and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making. Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance, sales data, and market trends.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
- Teamwork & Leadership: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and senior leadership, to achieve marketing and business goals.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel within the assigned region for customer meetings, trade shows, and other marketing-related activities.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with regular travel within the assigned region.
- Office-based with the possibility of remote work depending on the region and company policies.
- Travel may involve visits to client sites, trade shows, and industry events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹800, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
