Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

-Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, events, etc.).

-Manage end-to-end campaign performance — from ideation to execution and analysis.

-Oversee design requirements (creatives, graphics, presentations, brochures) in collaboration with design teams/agencies.

-Develop engaging and impactful content for websites, social media, email, blogs, and marketing collateral.

-Drive digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media, Google Ads, and email campaigns.

-Monitor campaign effectiveness using analytics tools, generate reports, and optimize performance.

-Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and communications.

-Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing with business goals.

-Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

-Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

-Proven experience (3–6 years) in marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing.

-Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and paid ad campaigns.

-Proficiency in design tools (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator) is an added advantage.

-Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.

-Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and take data-driven decisions.
