Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a Sales Marketing Manager. In this role, the candidate will develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and penetrate new markets. Tasks include managing client accounts, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, overseeing the sales process, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute marketing campaigns, track KPIs, and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in sales strategy development, account management, and enhancing client relationships
  • Strong marketing planning and campaign execution skills, including digital marketing knowledge
  • Experienced in conducting market research, data analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate cross-functional collaborations
  • Understanding of industrial products, particularly in Corrosive Fluid Transfer and Industrial Textiles, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
