The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing the sales team, building and maintaining customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. The role includes overseeing promotional activities, conducting market research, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
