Job Purpose
To develop and implement strategic marketing plans that drive sales and brand positioning for CRGO steel, copper products, and transformer radiators in both domestic and export markets. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring product visibility in the power and transformer sector.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to promote the company's CRGO, copper, and radiator product lines.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Define product positioning, pricing strategies, and market entry plans for new geographies.

Sales Enablement

  • Generate and follow up on leads with OEMs, transformer manufacturers, EPC contractors, and government utilities.
  • Support the sales team with marketing collateral, customer presentations, and technical data.
  • Assist in preparing techno-commercial proposals and tenders.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and channel partners.
  • Visit clients and attend industry exhibitions to promote products and gather market intelligence.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.

Branding & Promotion

  • Plan participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
  • Develop brochures, catalogs, website content, and digital marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
