As part of our exciting business expansion, VILAS Transcore Limited is setting up a state-of-the-art, 200,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility at Ganapatpura, Taluka: Karjan. This facility will support our rapid growth in CRGO, Transformer Radiator, and Copper production.

To strengthen our operations, we are hiring for our Marketing Team based in Akota, Vadodara.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Vadodara. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and collaborating with other departments to optimize marketing efforts. The role also includes overseeing the marketing budget, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring that marketing initiatives align with the company's objectives.

Qualifications

  • Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Market Research skills
  • Experience with Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Content Creation
  • Strong Analytical and Data Interpretation skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Marketing Tools and Software
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Exprience required in CRGO industry/ Transformer Radiator / Copper industry
