
Marketing Manager-Domestic

Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities and trends in international markets for chemical products and Aster solutions.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for product positioning, competitive analysis, and targeting specific market segments globally.
Analyse industry trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
Product Launches and Promotions:
Plan and execute international product launches, ensuring they align with the companys global objectives.
- Organize promotional events, trade shows, and seminars in key international markets to raise brand awareness.
Develop and manage a marketing budget to support product launches and campaigns.
Partnership and Distributor Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
Work closely with regional teams to support local marketing efforts and ensure successful execution of global strategies.
Sales Support and Collaboration:
Collaborate with the Sales team to provide marketing support and ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Develop and implement lead generation programs and track the success of marketing activities in driving sales.
Customer and Market Insights:
Gather and analyse customer feedback to understand their needs and preferences in international markets.
- Use insights to refine marketing strategies and improve customer engagement and loyalty.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in international marketing, preferably in chemicals or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of international marketing strategies, trends, and practices.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns in global markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in the chemical industry or related sectors.
- Familiarity with trade regulations and export/import procedures.
- Strong network and relationships with international distributors and partners.
