Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter Domestic Hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in end-to-end recruitment processes within India, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to close positions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for domestic hiring across multiple functions and levels.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates using a variety of channels including job portals (Naukri, Shine, etc.), social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and candidates.
  • Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, trackers, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters when needed.
  • Stay updated on the latest hiring trends, market intelligence, and best practices.
