Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings)

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the PEB segment.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process — from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in PEB / Steel Structures / Construction industry sales.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and project acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel across regions for client meetings and project discussions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50, ₹100,000.00 per month
