JOB DESCRIPTION Job Purpose
Creating a strong & compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.
Duties and Responsibilities Sales Planning and Tracking- Need to Manage Team of 20 On role and 35 Off Role Members to Achieve Goals Set by Management.
- Need to track with daily Numbers of Region with Allocated Team, To Ensure Daily Logins happens Across Region and Review Daily Login and Approval From Reports shared by Head Office. He needs to ensure that all Resources in the region have enough leads to do business. He needs to Review disbursement of sales Managers Every Alternative day.
- Responsible to Ensure Area of Business with Geo Extension and Engagement with Channel partners.
- Need to Review on Call Center Leads and Business Conversion.
- Need to Ensure Minimum Productivity of On Role and Off Role team is met.
- Need to Ensure Right Product and Program is Delivered as per AOP Plan Mentioned.
- Responsible for Recruitment and training of All new Team Members.
- Sales & Collect Model - Managing Collections of the acquired portfolio.
- Case approval with ROI limit.
- 2-6 CRs depending on the market size and condition.
- Total Team Size:
- Number of Direct Reports: 4-5
- Number of Indirect Reports: 15-20
- Number of Outsourced employees: (0-5)
- Number of locations: 20-25
- Number of products: 1
- Customer Service is challenging in a dynamic market.

- Post Graduates with relevant sales experience of 5-6 years (also graduates with experience of 8-10 years may apply).
- Post Graduates with relevant sales experience of 5-6 years (also graduates with experience of 5-6 years may apply) in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments / corporate sales experience.
- Prior & relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry, with specific experience of Personal Loans Business Loans/ loans against/ purchase of commercial properties.
- Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.
- Excellent relationship skills.
- Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and drive profitability.
- High motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter.
- Working knowledge of Excel.
