Virtuous Advisors & Resources Private Ltd is offering a challenging role for a Relationship Building Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain finance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
**Job Description**
The Relationship Building Executive will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with CFOs/Treasury Heads of large corporations, exploring financing opportunities, and enabling growth in our SCF business. The successful candidate will identify potential clients through self-sourcing, target market techniques, and referral networks, and develop tailored SCF solutions for their needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage relationships with CFOs/Treasury Heads of large corporations and explore financing opportunities concerning SCF business.
- Understand clients' business models, payment cycles, vendor and sales management operations, and provide them with the right kind of structured SCF solution.
- Identify potential clients through self-sourcing, target market techniques, and referral networks.
- Work in coordination with various internal stakeholders such as Credit, Operations, CMOG, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure satisfactory resolution of client queries and deliver quality customer service.
**Requirements**
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing/Finance with a minimum experience of 7 years in the banking/financing domain, preferably in SCF Business.
- Sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good financial knowledge with an understanding of balance sheets and P&L statements.
- Exposure to digital B2B lending.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
The estimated salary for this role is ₹25 lakhs per annum, considering the company's industry standards and the candidate's level of experience.
