About the Role:
  • Facility Management: Oversee the overall management of our facilities, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing downtime.
  • Contract and Procurement Management: Manage contracts and procurements related to facility maintenance and operations.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence through financial and operational performance optimization.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and national regulations regarding facility operations and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
  1. Maintenance Planning: Plan and implement 52 preventive maintenance schedules for all MEP assets.
  2. Spare Parts Management: Ensure availability of critical and non-critical spare parts.
  3. Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and national statutory rules and regulations.
  4. Team Management: Lead a team of engineers and technicians to ensure smooth facility operations.
  5. Reporting: Provide regular reports on M&E activities, maintenance contracts, and spare parts consumption.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering from a premier institute.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in FM and manufacturing plant industry, with at least 3 years' experience in O&M of large physical infrastructure components.
  • Skills: Excellent planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills; strong PC literacy; good verbal and written communication skills.
