Cloud Counselage Pvt Ltd is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Retail Partnership Manager to spearhead strategic growth initiatives.

Job Overview

We require someone with at least 5 years of extensive sales, strategic partnerships, business development, and/or commercial strategy experience, preferably in the Fintech/large B2C start-up environment.

This role demands someone who has end-to-end understanding of brand management and has worked with reputable brands that cater to older adults, facilitating partnerships with prominent retail brands across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ideating strategic partnerships that drive exponential user acquisition growth
  • Developing alliances and partnerships with regional & local brands-multi-chain and single-chain outlets for their products/services to be offered to our members
  • End-to-End management of third-party tie-ups, offering promotions across categories
  • Sourcing strategic partners across geographies and developing strategic partnerships that contribute to user acquisition targets
  • New product/service supply generation by meeting potential vendors
  • Maintaining impact of partnerships and looking to increase spends by learners in each category across portfolio of vendors
  • Ensuring visibility and other partner deliverables associated with offers and programs
  • Deal negotiations of the partnerships and alliances
  • End-to-End implementation of promotions with partners
  • Campaign Management - ability to negotiate brand visibility and cost for both ATL and BTL campaigns along with partner vendors
  • Help build exclusive properties across merchant categories under the right partner-right segment approach

The ideal candidate should have negotiation skills, experience in sales, strategic partnerships, business development, and/or commercial strategy, external focus, and keen interest in tracking consumer behavior.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary based on industry standards or the candidate's experience and potential, which ranges between ₹1.5 Cr - ₹2.5 Cr annually.
