Relationship Associate, Agent Partnership Expert

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Relationship Associate to drive the delivery and execution of our solution to partner Education Agents in India.
- Handle day-to-day forex transactions operations management for the division
- Call and connect with leads provided by clients for sales conversions
- Create strategic plans for each client and groups of clients to maximize utilization and growth
- Support strategic account plans for each client and groups of clients to maximize utilization, growth, and revenue
- Initiate dialog and build relationships with crucial points of contact
- Manage new client end-to-end for support
- Presentation of products and services to customers in an informative, educational, and consultative manner
- Organize materials and plan territory maps for marketing plans
- Support and uncover cross-sell opportunities with existing clients
- Drive revenue, payer, and money moved growth activities and objectives
- Maintain effective communications with client administrators across multiple offices
Qualifications:
- At least a graduate degree
- 3-4 years of experience in sales and relationship management
- Ability to handle pressure and past success in handling sales targets
- Industry experience in international student fees payments preferably with a forex exchange organization
- Willingness to travel (less than 10%)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in all office systems including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
