Relationship Associate, Agent Partnership Specialist

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Relationship Associate (RA) to drive the delivery and execution of our solution to partner Education Agents in India. The RA will work with the Agent Partnership team in the execution of strategies and tactics designed to increase payer growth, improve retention, identify opportunities for improvement, provide accurate and timely client issue resolution and improve revenue by assuring clients promote the Flywire Payment Solution effectively and timely.
- Handling day to day forex transactions operations management for the division
- Call & connect with the leads provided by clients for sales conversions
- Create strategic plans for each client and groups of clients to maximize utilization and growth
- Support the strategic account plans for each client and groups of clients to maximize utilization, growth and revenue
- Initiate dialog and build relationships with crucial points of contact
- Manage new client end to end for support
- Present products and services to customers timely in an informative, educational, and consultative manner
- Organize materials and plan territory maps for marketing plans
- Support and uncover cross sell opportunities with existing clients
- Drive revenue/payer/money moved growth activities and objectives
- Maintain effective communications with client administrators across multiple offices
Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with at least graduate or above qualifications. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in sales and relationship management. The candidate must be able to handle pressure and have past success in handling sales targets. Industry experience in International student fees Payments preferably with a Forex Exchange organization is highly desirable. The candidate must be willing to travel (less than 10%) and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Skilled in all office systems including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
