Market Mix Modelling Expert

This is a critical analytics role that involves leading projects applying statistical and econometric methods to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decision-making across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client data processing and project delivery in Market Mix Modelling engagements, ensuring timely and accurate results.
  • Apply econometric modelling techniques to assess the effectiveness of marketing and promotional campaigns, providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Interpret complex data and analytical results to generate business strategies, leveraging your expertise in statistical analysis.
  • Presentation skills are crucial for delivering findings through well-structured PowerPoint presentations tailored to client audiences, effectively communicating key insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, consultants, and clients, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Perform R&D as needed to improve modelling accuracy or explore new techniques, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and data workflows using tools like VBA, R, or Python, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
  • Support the development and implementation of advanced analytical frameworks and custom models, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Ensure quality and consistency in deliverables across projects and industries, maintaining high standards of excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Quantitative Analysis, or a related field (M.Sc. or MBA preferred).
  • Approximately 2-4 years of relevant experience, including hands-on work in Marketing Mix Modelling.
  • Strong understanding of econometric modelling and statistical analysis, with proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, or SAS.
  • Advanced skills in Excel (macros, pivot tables, complex formulas) and PowerPoint, with experience with automation tools (VBA/R/Python) to streamline processes.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving ability, and a proactive, can-do attitude, with exposure to other analytics domains (e.g., pricing, forecasting, customer analytics) being a plus.
