Role Overview:

We are hiring Marketing Mix Modeling Analysts with 24 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, with strong focus on data modeling, media and sales analytics, and price/promotion impact evaluation. This role will support model development and data preparation for multiple brands across media and sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in building and validating Marketing Mix Models using media, sales, and marketing input data

2. Prepare and transform datasets for modeling (GRPs, spends, distribution, sales, Nielsen data, etc.)

3. Work on Price & Promotion analytics, RCM models, and forecasting logic

4. Apply statistical techniques like regression, decay/adstock, and optimization

5. Support senior team members in creating presentations, model summaries, and business insights

6. Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders for data alignment and delivery planning

Key Skills & Tools:

1. Hands-on experience with Python.

2. Good understanding of Marketing Mix Modeling and related statistical methods

3. Comfort with marketing and media data: TV, Digital, Distribution, Sales, Nielsen RMS/RA

4. Strong in Excel and SQL for data handling and reporting

Preferred Background:

1. Worked in FMCG, retail, media analytics, or marketing consulting projects.

2. Exposure to marketing measurement or econometric modeling techniques
