Strategic College Partnership Development Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to spearhead our college partnerships in Mumbai.
About the Role:
This pivotal position involves establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with colleges and institutions, driving impactful educational programs, and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
The ideal candidate will be a relationship builder, strategic thinker, and operational excellence enhancer who can adapt to evolving needs and align partner goals with our cutting-edge education offerings.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage partnerships with existing and new college associations, fostering strong relationships with senior leadership teams.
- Drive operational efficiency and maintain quality standards through regular evaluations.
- Cross-sell and expand program offerings to meet educational objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive initiatives.
- Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree in any field.
- Proven experience in account management, client relations, or business development (tech education experience preferred).
- A proactive problem solver able to thrive with limited resources and manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for technology education and commitment to delivering high-quality training programs.
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
