Drive Business Growth

We are seeking a results-driven generalist to work closely with the founder on key business initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in operations, hiring, or business development and be highly organized, proactive, and confident in communicating with students and professionals.

  • Identify and build relationships with schools, international counselors, and education partners
  • Set up and attend meetings to explore collaborations and drive sales growth
  • Help plan webinars, events, or info sessions with institutions and track sales pipeline

Hiring & Talent

Write and post job descriptions, manage the hiring process, and support onboarding of educators and ops staff.

Business Operations

Maintain internal trackers, conduct market research, and work closely with the founder to solve ad-hoc business problems.
