Key Develop and manage relationships with key partners to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.- Identify new partnership opportunities and evaluate potential partners aligned with company goals.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product to maximize partner engagement and success.- Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs).- Monitor partner performance, track KPIs, and implement improvements to strengthen partnerships.- Provide partners with training, resources, and support to optimize collaboration and business outcomes.- Manage partner onboarding and enablement processes.- Resolve partner issues promptly and maintain a high level of partner satisfaction.- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.- Report regularly to senior management on partner activities and and Skills:- Proven experience as a Partner Manager, Channel Manager, or similar role.- Strong understanding of business development and partnership management principles.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams.- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus (ref:iimjobs.com)
