Strategy & Execution- Own and manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build effective hiring strategies.- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across technical, non-technical, and leadership roles.Sourcing & Candidate Engagement- Use various sourcing techniques: Boolean search, LinkedIn, social media, job boards, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Stakeholder Management- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing regular updates, analytics, and insights on hiring progress and market conditions.- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to align hiring plans with business goals.- Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing- Promote the employer brand through social media, events, job fairs, campus outreach, and industry networks.- Contribute to content creation for employer branding initiatives.Data & Reporting- Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.- Generate regular dashboards and reports for leadership to support strategic decision-making.- Compliance & Process Improvement- Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with labor laws and internal policies.- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and scalability.- Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth post-offer Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- 6 - 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a mid-to-large-sized organization.- Experience handling end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels, including leadership hiring.- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS tools.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Proven ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities under tight deadlines.- Strategic mindset with attention to detail and data-driven thinking (ref:iimjobs.com)
