
Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Strategist to drive our expansion and build strong relationships with existing partners.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding business opportunities, and leveraging AI-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage and grow our business in collaboration with internal constituents and external stakeholders, including developing sales pipelines, creating marketing plans, and implementing product enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive relationship management for existing set of partners (banks, fintech, etc.)
- Deliver against volume, revenue, penetration and growth targets for assigned partners
- Identify business expansion and growth opportunities across product categories
- Develop sales pipeline through business partners leveraging available resources
- Manage and grow business in collaboration with internal constituents and external stakeholders
- Implement product enhancements across existing set of partners
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery on required customizations
- Facilitate seamless onboarding for new opportunities
- Conduct partner training programs and events for partner engagement
- Enterprise sales / Channel management / Relationship Mgt experience
- Experience in FX retail preferred
- CXO / Leadership engagement capabilities
- Financial products & tech knowledge
- Good building skills for external/internal/cross functional relationships
- Problem solver & strategic thinker
- Familiarity with AI capabilities and ability to leverage AI-driven insights/tools
- Data Driven & service oriented
