We are looking for a skilled professional to drive business development in the wind energy sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, marketing, and technical understanding of windmill inspection and energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales for windmill inspection solutions across large wind energy farms
  • Engage with stakeholders at wind energy firms, OEMs, and energy auditing firms to identify opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and technical teams
  • Presentation of tailored solutions, demonstration of ROI, and conversion of leads into successful closures
Technical Understanding & Consulting:
  • Work with wind energy companies to assess structural integrity, productivity, and performance of windmills
  • Translate client challenges into customized solutions with measurable business impact
  • Stay updated on latest industry practices in windmill inspection and energy auditing
Operational Excellence:
  • Maintain accurate CRM entries, Excel-based reporting, and documentation
  • Track daily activities, pipeline progress, and overall sales performance
  • Travel as required to client sites to drive business growth and relationship management

The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years' experience in sales, marketing, and business development, preferably in wind energy or clean-tech industries. Strong communication, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and reporting formats is also required. Willingness to travel for client meetings and closures is necessary.
