Job Title: Senior IT Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as a Senior IT Professional.

Job Responsibilities
  • User administration and role assignment, ensuring efficient and secure access to systems.
  • System monitoring, job scheduling, and transport management, maintaining optimal system performance and availability.
Functional Support
  • Coordinate patches/upgrades and issue resolution with support partners, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system functionality.
  • Ensure smooth business operations in SAP SD Module and MM for procurement and inventory management, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
Support
  • Manage change requests, including documentation and testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Master Data uploads and ensure accuracy of entries, maintaining data integrity and quality.
  • Deliver end-user training, guidance, and day-to-day support, enhancing user adoption and productivity.
Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders for issue resolution and system improvements, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Maintain compliance with pharma IT policies, GxP, Data Integrity, and audit requirements, upholding industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Basis (user & role management, transport management, monitoring, performance tuning).
  • Working knowledge of MM processes and inter-module integration.
  • SAP certification in Basis (NetWeaver / S/4HANA) preferred; MM certification an advantage.
  • Experience in user support, training, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with pharma IT compliance requirements (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Data Integrity).
  • Good problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, timeline-driven environment.
