Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve targets and expand customer base through effective client engagement, sales, and marketing efforts
- Promote National Pension System (NPS) to corporate and retail clients, highlighting its benefits and value proposition
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market outreach
- Build relationships with top management of corporates (CXOs/VPs), negotiate terms, onboard clients, and manage client implementation
- Design and deliver presentations and awareness sessions on retirement planning solutions, providing expert guidance and support
- Provide exceptional client support, resolve queries, and ensure smooth servicing to meet client expectations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills
- Ability to work independently, achieve targets, and adapt to changing business needs
- Flexibility to travel within Gujarat as required by the business
