Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve targets and expand customer base through effective client engagement, sales, and marketing efforts
  • Promote National Pension System (NPS) to corporate and retail clients, highlighting its benefits and value proposition
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market outreach
  • Build relationships with top management of corporates (CXOs/VPs), negotiate terms, onboard clients, and manage client implementation
  • Design and deliver presentations and awareness sessions on retirement planning solutions, providing expert guidance and support
  • Provide exceptional client support, resolve queries, and ensure smooth servicing to meet client expectations
Requirements
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently, achieve targets, and adapt to changing business needs
  • Flexibility to travel within Gujarat as required by the business
