We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead business growth within our health insurance agency channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy: Provide strategic direction to the team by clearly communicating the company's vision and objectives. Offer expert support to team members with channel expertise, product knowledge, and market insights.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and create customized developmental plans.
  • Sales and Team Management: Maximize sales productivity and achieve monthly and annual targets. This includes daily leadership, motivating the team, and monitoring progress. Ensure high-quality agency relationships and manage the sales process from lead generation to business conversion.
  • Recruitment: Identify and recruit top-performing financial consultants from the market and develop them into business leaders to expand the distribution network.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: A graduate degree is required.
  • Experience: Proven experience in the insurance industry (agency or direct channel), with a strong background in team-handling roles.
  • Skills: Strong track record of success and stability.
  • Communication: Proficiency in English and the local language is essential.
