Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Strategic Partnership Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, nurturing, and expanding partnerships with stock market brokerage firms in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing Strategic Alliances: Identify and acquire new brokers across India, onboarding them to expand our network.
- Nurturing Relationships: Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing brokerage partners, ensuring seamless collaboration between our company and brokers to drive mutual growth.
- Trading Operations: Coordinate trading activities and provide support to retail investors, facilitating communication between brokers and clients.
- Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for brokers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring long-term engagement.
- Negotiation and Agreements: Negotiate terms and agreements with brokers to align with company objectives and expectations.
- Process Enhancement: Collaborate with internal teams to enhance broker onboarding processes and trading platform integration.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to brokers on our trading solutions and value propositions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in brokerage partnerships, financial services, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to market changes.
