Compensation and Benefits Specialist

The position involves managing employee life cycles, including confirmation, absorption, benefits, payroll, leave management, and separation on the My Zone - Success Factors platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage entire employee lifecycle from hire to separation
  2. Ensure timely updation of performance processes in My Zone by employees

  4. Maintenance of employee records

The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS software (Successfactor). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. The individual must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
