Role Summary:

A key member of the HR team is required to develop and implement a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy for our operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing policies and procedures that are competitive and compliant with local laws and regulations.
  • Conducting salary benchmarking analysis to ensure pay ranges are aligned with market rates.
  • Developing job architecture and grading structures for new and existing positions.
  • Managing the performance and delivery of the compensation and benefits team.
  • Leading the annual performance management cycle.
  • Designing short-term and long-term incentive programs.
  • Creating best-in-class benefits portfolios.
  • Collaborating with HR and Finance to ensure accurate administration of payroll, benefits, and equity programs.
  • Designing and delivering compensation training for managers and employees.
  • Developing employee communication strategies to ensure employees understand their total compensation package.
  • Managing relationships with third-party vendors, including benefit providers and survey vendors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, finance, or related field; MBA or master's degree preferred.
  • 4-6 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
  • Experience in developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies in India and US.
  • Strong understanding of local laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits in India.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Legal.
  • Excellent communication skills, including ability to communicate complex information to various audiences.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and consultants.
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to manage and motivate a team.
