Job Role: Growth Accelerator
About the Position:
- Strategic Partnerships:
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders to drive client success. Understand their objectives and align them with our product offerings.
- Customized Solutions:
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop tailored implementation strategies and deliver end-to-end execution.
- Customer Success:
Serve as a trusted advisor, proactively addressing client needs and ensuring adoption of new features, services, and solutions. Regularly review account performance metrics to ensure client goals are met.
- Project Management:
Lead implementation projects by working collaboratively with clients, pre-sales teams, and product teams. Drive project management best practices to ensure timely delivery and scope monitoring.
- Data-Driven Insights:
Leverage data to provide actionable insights to customers. Monitor and report on key metrics such as product adoption, engagement levels, and churn risk.
- Client Enablement:
Provide clients with training and resources to ensure they understand and can utilize our product effectively. Develop customized learning paths and onboarding plans to accelerate time-to-value.
- Handover and Support:
Manage handovers, close all points by working with product and support teams. Create customer SOPs for processes that can be used by clients and internally by support.
- Feedback Loop:
Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing feedback to product teams for improvements or new feature development based on client input.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Understanding of business operations in detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a consulting role within a SaaS or tech-driven company.
- Experience in managing projects and working in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
