Job Title: Business Development CRM Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development CRM Strategist to join our team at Prometheus Consulting Services in Bangalore. This role is responsible for conceptualizing, managing, and executing CRM campaigns across various channels, including SMS, Email, WhatsApp, Push, and In-App Notifications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and monitor the execution of CRM campaigns (Promotional, Triggered, Product) around various channels.
• Creation of segments based on business needs to ensure targeted communication.
• Managing or creating new/existing campaigns/flows/customer journeys to optimize campaign efficiency.
• Campaign tracking and reporting, including publishing regular data/analytics updates to stakeholders.
• Analytics and performance tracking - A/B testing, metric analysis, campaign efficiency, etc.
• Coordination with internal teams for marketing events and external vendors for escalations and resolutions.
• Extending support for other marketing projects or increasing product visibility as required.

Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the marketing field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth.
• Excellent communication and project management skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
