Job Title: Payroll Manager

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the entire payroll process, including collecting timesheet data and payroll information.
  • Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
  • Process paychecks and cash deposits, ensuring timely payment to employees.
  • Prepare and submit payroll tax lodgments based on income tax and termination payments calculation with annual leave, long service leave, and redundancy payment.
Key Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in a similar role with a bachelor's or master's degree in business or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure with multiple deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
