About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Specialist to join our team. As an IT Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth technology operations, managing infrastructure, and overseeing administrative duties for the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing daily IT operations, including user support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and system updates.
  • Oversight of email setups, system backups, antivirus, and endpoint security.
  • Collaboration with external vendors for IT-related procurements and services.
  • Setup and management of Wi-Fi, printers, routers, biometric devices, CCTV systems, etc.
  • Ensuring data security and regular backup for all departments.
Administration

The successful candidate will also manage office supplies, stationery, and administrative procurement. They will coordinate facility maintenance, housekeeping, and pantry requirements. Additionally, they will assist in managing office leases, AMC contracts, and vendor relationships. The candidate will handle asset tracking, issuance, and documentation. Furthermore, they will support travel bookings, event planning, and team offsites as needed.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A degree in IT, Computer Applications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in IT operations and office administration.
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Google Workspace, LAN/WAN networks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a first-responder mindset.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
